Blog 11
From my usability testing questions, it seems that my website is easy to navigate and has a good amount of information on it. I was worried that I would have too many links and pages, but it seems that I have a good amount of information on my website looking at my feedback. It does get across my goal of advertising my various skills/interests, my previous works, and how to learn more about me. In terms of my format and layout, the one criticism I consistently got was that I needed more visuals for my webpage. There is a lot of text and not a lot of pictures yet. I think that I will substitute some of my links for pictures of my projects to add some more visuals to my webpage. I also might make a logo for my homepage to give more visuals. Other than that, from feedback it seems like my webpage is effective in its purpose.

Blog 10
I think I will try to use almost all of the ten tips for my portfolio. I definitely want to create a personalized logo for my webpage, and it might be the "home" link for my website. I am also considering making up a tagline, but I do not know what I would say for it yet. I already have my blog, about me, and social media links, so I will keep those. I am considering adding a "my writing" page to give examples of my various writing pieces.
I really like Chirag Solanki's portfolio because the homepage is simple yet very aesthetically pleasing, which is good since she does web design. I like that there is not too much going on in the homepage so you are not overwhelmed. There is not a lot of text, but the links to all the information is emphasized in the middle of the page, so you can easily find your way around.
